The shoulders, the highest part of the bunch and therefore more exposed to the sun and riper, are earmarked to produce Remírez de Ganuza Gran Reserva.A malolactic fermentation is carried out in new barrels and aged for 39 months in new French oak barrels.A true La Rioja gem, of which only 2,400 bottles are produced. Botteled in June 1998.
