ELS PICS is a blend of grape s from vineyards planted on a mosaic of different terroirs. This cuvée , which opens up our red wine range , made up of five wines in total , is a wine full of character, fruity and mouth wateringly good. A gentle ageing process gives it a touch of complexity and finesse. We like to describe it as a « simple pleasure ».
WINE BLEND: 4 5% Grenache noir, 2 5% Carignan, 1 0% Merlot , 10% Syrah and 1 0% Cabernet Sauvignon. Rare Red blend, is a term Winessell for red wines made from unusual or rarely seen varieties or combinations of grapes. It also proves convenient for those wines whose blend is unknown. Although typically complex, many rare red wine blends do conform certain pat.
