WINEMAKING AT THE WINEYARD: No usage chemical fertilizers, no used weedkillers, insecticide or chemical sprays, summer pruning and handpicked the fruit
WINEMAKING IN THE WINERY: Natural non-added acid, only from the grapes, no finings, or any other products added, minimum sulphites, non-filtered & non-stabilize, cold and long pre-fermentation, fermentation during 4 weeks on controlled temperature of 22-28 degrees, malolactic and ageing with lees for 4 months and weekly battonage, in French oak barrels, kept in the bottle for 6 months before releasing out of the winery.
TASTING NOTES: Visual: Ruby robe with purple highlights. Aroma: Expressive red fruit and black cherry, hints of coffee and liquorice. Taste: Silky tannins and French oak integrated with long black fruit after-taste
